Space Gin Smash is Cocktail Friday's drink of the week!

We are rolling out this cocktail in honor of this weeks Falcon 9 launch that happened Wednesday. So cheers to the astronauts in the ISS, be safe up there while we drink and imagine the view you have from up there!

INGREDIENTS:
6 Mint leaves (or what you have left in your house)
Quarter of a lemon
2 Seedless green grapes
Green apple slices
.5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar/ one part water)
1.5 oz Tanqueray Gin
Instructions:
Grab your Boston Shakers, jigger, simple syrup, lemon, mint leaves, glass and Tanqueray Gin.
Use Jigger to pour 1.5 oz Gin and S.S. per person into Boston Shaker.
Squeeze half lemon into Boston Shaker and add mint leaves
Scoop in ice and put together Boston Shakers firm
Shake with a smile. . . it just makes it taste better.
Pour into glasses with ice
Garnish with apple fan, mint sprig and grape
Drink and repeat!
Garnish:
Apple fan, mint sprig and grape
or just what you have, no body is watching we are in quarantine lol.
How to make Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Put 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar into a pot and put on medium heat on stove.
Stir until all sugar is dissolved, take off heat and pour into desired vessel.
Lasts about 2 weeks
